A note on what we can say
Most of our work happens inside organisations, on problems they would rather not publish. We name the clients who have agreed to be named, and we describe an engagement only where the client has approved the description. Everything else stays where it belongs.
If you would like to understand what we did somewhere in particular, ask us. We will tell you what we can, and say plainly when we cannot.
Why the range matters
Universities, multilateral institutions, pharmaceutical groups, an automotive manufacturer, a telecoms operator and a chamber of commerce. The sectors have almost nothing in common, which is the point: the method is not sector knowledge. It is a way of working on problems that the people in the room already own.
Start with the problem, not the programme.
Tell us what you are trying to change, develop or improve. We will help you identify the capability, the programme or the intervention that fits the problem — and say so plainly if what you need is not a programme at all.
