Privacy notice
How AL Insights Ltd handles personal information collected through this website.
AL Insights Ltd is the data controller for personal information handled through this site. This notice explains what that amounts to in practice, which is very little.
What we collect
This site has no server-side contact form, no account system, no advertising and no marketing or analytics cookies. It does not build a profile of you. The contact page composes a message in your own email application; nothing is transmitted to or stored by this website.
If you email or telephone us, we hold what you send — your name, your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us about your organisation — so that we can reply and, where it leads to work, manage the engagement.
Third parties
Pages are served by Netlify, which may process technical request data, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads.
Why we are allowed to hold it
We rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and maintain business correspondence, and on contract where we are delivering agreed work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to engagements are kept for as long as UK company and tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our holding it. Write to mohamed.yacine@alinsights.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
